What The App Does
Retro Block Breaker is an arcade block-breaker game. It offers a local best score, an online leaderboard, Google account linking for your game profile, and optional ads.
Data We Collect Or Process
- Player name that you type into the app for leaderboard display.
- Score and leaderboard data, including your best score, rank, and the user ID used to store that score.
- Authentication data, including a Firebase Authentication user ID and, if you connect Google, your Google account email and account identifier as provided by Google's authentication services.
- Advertising and diagnostic data processed by Google Mobile Ads SDK, which may include IP address, advertising identifiers, device/account identifiers, app interactions, and diagnostic information for ad serving, fraud prevention, and analytics as described by Google.
- Local device storage for gameplay settings and your local best score.
How We Use Data
- To save your local best score and player name on your device.
- To sync your leaderboard profile and rank across devices when you use the cloud leaderboard and link Google.
- To serve ads and support ad measurement, privacy choices, and fraud prevention.
- To operate, secure, and improve the game services.
Who Data Is Shared With
Retro Block Breaker relies on Google services to provide parts of the experience:
- Firebase Authentication for guest and Google-linked sign-in.
- Cloud Firestore for leaderboard storage and ranking.
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob for interstitial advertising and ad privacy choices.
Data Retention
Local game data remains on your device until you clear app storage or uninstall the app. Cloud leaderboard data is retained until it is updated, deleted, or removed after a valid support request. If you want cloud leaderboard data reviewed or deleted, use the contact email above or the in-app deletion flow.
Your Choices
- You can change your displayed player name inside the app.
- You can switch between Google-linked mode and guest mode inside the app.
- You can delete the current cloud account and its leaderboard data inside the app from Privacy & Data.
- If a privacy options form is required for ads in your region, you can reopen it from the in-app Privacy & Data screen.
Data We Do Not Request
Retro Block Breaker does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location.
Children
Retro Block Breaker is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to consent to personal-data processing on their own. If you plan to market the game to children, review Google Play Families policies and adjust ads and consent settings before release.
